The first Master of Science Technopreneurship and
Innovation (MSc TIP) Info Session for the upcoming July intake was held 11
October to introduce potential students to the graduate programme.
Attendees first heard from Speaker Goh Kia Hong on how
to manage risks, and how to turn them into opportunities for a more successful
Later into the session, it covered MSc TIP's
curriculum - modelled after the new venture creation cycle to tackle various
stages of a start-up’s growth. It shared the experiential learning approach
taken with the course modules, as well as the study options available
(full-time and part-time).
The session also focused on key programmes such as the
Overseas Immersion Programme and NTC Overseas Entrepreneurship Forum. Attendees
later got to hear from the alumni themselves on their past experiences in MSc
